			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><img class="alignright size-medium wp-image-439" title="Rampa Extrema" src="http://vidayogin.files.wordpress.com/2009/05/rampa-extrema.jpg?w=300&#038;h=225" alt="Rampa Extrema" width="300" height="225" />Estes são os maiores desejos de quase todos os seres humanos, desde a mais longínqua história e infância até os contemporâneos sonhos e dias.</p>
<p>Voar, olhar tudo de cima, contemplar os seres “caminhantes” lá em baixo, observar os pássaros a sua volta, “pegar” uma nuvem, expandir os horizontes e vê-los de outra perspectiva, agora abaixo dos seus olhos&#8230;</p>
<p>&#8230; é simplesmente assumir o Super-Homem que habita dentro de você, adquirir super-poderes, deitar-se sob asas (que naquele instante você não as vê) e simplesmente se estender ao sentimento de desprender da realidade terrena. Assim é a asa delta, o vôo livre, a consciência e a liberdade.</p>
<p>Voar é por alguns instantes se sentir pássaro, Homem-Pássaro, um super-poderoso, mas que ao mesmo tempo precisa ter consciência, necessita da percepção que é mortal, fazendo atentar-se aos poderes e responsabilidades que poucos assumem&#8230;</p>
<p><img class="size-medium wp-image-440 alignleft" title="Yôga vôo livre" src="http://vidayogin.files.wordpress.com/2009/05/yoga-voo-livre.jpg?w=300&#038;h=225" alt="Yôga vôo livre" width="300" height="225" />&#8230; é se expandir (corpo, visão e mente) da realidade em que todos os “sapiens” estão e sem ruído ou motor elevar-se, desgrudar de uma realidade e entrar em outra, em outra consciência, em outro estado dela. Ser outro Ser.</p>
<p>Da mesma forma o vôo livre com a asa delta, assim também defino a liberdade, esta só conquistada com consciência e lucidez. Um sentimento de se desatar das amarras que te envolvem, é conquistar a consciência das suas escolhas, dos seus atos e reflexos destes. Não culpar ninguém ou nada por suas escolhas, porém tê-las e sabê-las. Saber que “lá em cima” e aqui, sua vida depende de você, única e exclusivamente de você, ela é sua.</p>
<p>“Então por que não unir um esporte que já lhe expande tanto a consciência à uma filosofia que tem esta proposta?”</p>
<p>Assim fiz, compartilhei com amigos do vôo livre, outros voadores, o prazer da prática do SwáSthya Yôga, desta <img class="size-medium wp-image-441 alignright" title="Yôga e voadores" src="http://vidayogin.files.wordpress.com/2009/05/yoga-voo-livre-21.jpg?w=300&#038;h=225" alt="Yôga e voadores" width="300" height="225" />filosofia de auto-conhecimento e evolução pessoal. Tudo isso compartilhado em plena rampa, minutos antes de decolarmos e voarmos juntos.</p>
<p>Minutos antes de sairmos para outra realidade, estávamos também numa outra realidade, bem diferente da que estamos agora&#8230;</p>
<p><em>“Quando você tiver provado a sensação de voar, andará na terra com os olhos voltados para o céu, onde esteve e para onde desejará voltar.” &#8211; Leonardo da Vinci (idealizador da asa delta).</em></p>
<p><em>&#8220;Quanto mais alto voamos, menores parecemos aos olhos daqueles que não sabem voar.” – Nitzsche.</em></p>
<p> </p>
<p><em>Volar…libertad.</em></p>
<p><em>Estos son los mayores deseos de casi todos los seres humanos, desde tiempos remotos o infancia hasta los presentes días y sueños.</em></p>
<p><em>Volar, ver todo desde lo alto, contemplar los seres “caminantes” allá abajo, observar los pájaros a su regreso, “agarrar” una nube, expandir los horizontes y verlos desde otra perspectiva, ahora debajo de tus ojos…</em></p>
<p><em>&#8230; es simplemente asumir el Super-Hombre que habita dentro de ti, adquirir superpoderes, acostarse sobre las alas (que en aquel momento no las ves) y simplemente extenderse al sentimiento de desprenderse de la realidad terrena. Así es el ala delta, y el vuelo libre, la conciencia y la libertad…</em></p>
<p><em>Volar es sentirse pájaro por algunos instantes, Hombre-Pájaro, un super poderoso, mas que al mismo tiempo necesita tener limites, conciencia, necesita de la percepción que es mortal, atentando a los poderes y responsabilidad que pocos asumen…</em></p>
<p><em>&#8230; y expandirse (cuerpo, visión y mente) de la realidad en que todos los “sapiens” están sin ruido o elevar el motor, despegar de una realidad y entrar en otra, en otra conciencia, en otro estado de ella. Ser otro Ser.</em></p>
<p><em>Así también defino a la libertad. Esta solo es conquistada con conciencia, lucidez. Un sentimiento de desatarse de las amarras que te envuelven, y conquistar la conciencia de tus decisiones, de tus actos y reflejos de estos. No culpar a nadie o nada por tus decisiones, por lo tanto adóptalas y conócelas. Sabes que “allá arriba” tu vida depende de ti, única y exclusivamente de ti, ella es tuya.</em></p>
<p><em> “Entonces porque no unir un deporte que ya expande la conciencia a una filosofía que tiene está propuesta?”</em></p>
<p><em>Así lo hice, compartí con los amigos de vuelo libre, otros voladores, el placer de la práctica de SwáSthya Yôga, de está filosofía de auto-conocimiento y evolución personal. Compartiendo todo eso en plena rampa minutos antes de despegar y volar juntos.</em></p>
<p><em>Minutos antes de salir para otra realidad, estábamos también en otra realidad, muy diferente de la que estamos ahora…</em></p>

Permanece con el aire en los pulmones por algunos segundos, suelta el aire también por las narinas de manera suave contrayendo el abdomen. Aire para adentro abdomen para afuera, aire para afuera abdomen para adentro. Ejecútalo el tiempo que sea confortable y entrena está respiración todas las veces que te acuerdes hasta que se vuelva automática. Así utilizas la región baja de los pulmones, o sea, aproximadamente el 60% de su capacidad respiratoria será utilizada.</em></span></span></span></p>

Ganhei um japamálá (cordão para contar mantras) vindo da Índia e banhado por ela mesma no Rio Ganges.</span></p>
